Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (local time)
LS Global specializes in optimizing business operations worldwide through expert outsourcing. We are currently recruiting for one of our clients for an Inventory Control Specialist position. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring data integrity across all distribution channels. This role serves as a key point of contact for inventory control activities, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain strong internal controls and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with both internal and external customers to plan, coordinate, communicate, review and process annual physical inventories for retail stores and Support Center locations.
- Perform transactional analysis to determine cause of shrink and identify potential trends related to shrink.
- Generate transactional level data for the company’s inventory roll forward and validate the data for completeness and accuracy before distribution.
- Identify and resolve issues related to product receiving, purchase orders, intracompany transfers, and distribution center shipments.
- Responsible for the perpetual accuracy, costing of the company’s inventory and shrink calculations. Includes but is not limited to understanding weighted average cost calculations.
- Prepare, analyze and distribute department reports using JDA Query writer, Excel, and Excel Query.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 2 years related experience
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills
- Intermediate or above Excel skills
- Outstanding customer service provided through excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly despite change in scale, scope, or deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive team player with ability to work efficiently and productively in both independent and team settings
- Excellent comm communication skills(English C1 proficiency)
